QMe
QMe is an app that saves you the wait, and lets you go on with your schedule without worrying about missing the call with customer service. The app even synchs with your calendar so you aren't bothered during meetings, workouts or lunch. Qme makes the call for you, and connects you only when both you and the representative are available. It then saves a voice recording of the phone call, creates a transcript and an AI summary, and saves any additional information, vouchers or papers related to that phone call.
